Information you provide: When you sign up for an Everybody Music membership, we (or our payment processor, Stripe) collect your name and email address. If you contact us directly, we collect whatever information you choose to share, such as your name, email, and the contents of your message.
Payment information: All payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full card number or other sensitive payment details on our own systems.
Automatically collected information: Like most websites, we may collect limited technical information automatically when you visit our site, such as your browser type, device type, and pages viewed, typically through standard analytics tools.
We use the information we collect to: set up and manage your Everybody Music membership and distribution account; process payments and send billing-related communications; communicate with you about your account, releases, or support requests; improve our site and services; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business, such as our payment processor (Stripe) and any distribution partners necessary to deliver your music to streaming platforms, or as required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
