Terms of Service

Everybody Music is a music distribution membership service that helps independent artists release their music to major streaming platforms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to sign up for an Everybody Music membership. If you are under that age, you may only use Everybody Music with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Everybody Music offers a single membership plan ("Pro"), billed monthly or annually, as selected at signup. Your membership automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. You are eligible for a full refund if you request one within 3 days of a payment (whether your initial signup payment or a subsequent renewal charge). To request a refund, contact us at hello@everybodystudios.co within that 3-day window. Refund requests made after 3 days from the applicable payment date will not be honored. You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

You retain full ownership of the sound recordings, compositions, and other content you submit for distribution ("Your Content"). Everybody Music does not take ownership of Your Content. You grant Everybody Music a limited license to reproduce, distribute, and deliver Your Content to streaming platforms and digital service providers solely for the purpose of providing our distribution services to you. You are solely responsible for Your Content and must have all necessary rights, licenses, and clearances (including from collaborators, sample owners, and rights holders) to submit and distribute it. You may not submit content that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights, violates any law, or that you do not have the rights to distribute.

Everybody Music charges a flat membership fee and takes 0% of your streaming royalties. Royalties earned from platforms are paid out to you as described in our royalty accounting and payment processes.

You agree not to use Everybody Music to submit fraudulent, infringing, illegal, or abusive content, or to attempt to manipulate streaming platforms, chart positions, or royalty calculations through fraudulent means (e.g., bots or click farms).

We may suspend or terminate your access to Everybody Music if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if your payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable period. You may terminate your membership at any time as described in Section 4.

Everybody Music is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific streaming platform acceptance timelines, chart performance, or royalty amounts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everybody Music and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Everybody Music after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles, and any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
